Return Policy

BAOSHIJIE is committed to partnering with you to achieve your home improvement goals. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our sales rep to return the merchandise.

BAOSHIJIE products are warranted to be free of defects in material and manufacture workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty coverage period of regular soap, essential oil soap and handmade soap is not to exceed 12 months from original invoice date with the exception of parts otherwise noted below:

Claim Procedure
  • Customer shall notify BAOSHIJIE regarding a warranty claim contacting our sales rep. Claim description is required with every claim and is responsibility of customer to complete all information requested in a timely manner.
  • BAOSHIJIE after-sale team will review the claim and notify customer of claim status.
  • All parts returned to BAOSHIJIE should have original labels and be properly packaged for shipping. BAOSHIJIE Warranty will be void if returned merchandise is damaged due to improper packaging or neglect. Coverage will also be void if any third party delivering such merchandise has damaged the product.
Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shortage/Damage Claims

Notification of material shortages or incorrect filling of orders must be made to BAOSHIJIE within 10 days of receipt. No claims over three months old will be honored. Buyer agrees to make all complaints for damage in transit or “short count” directly to the carrier; before the contents are unloaded have the carrier agent’s acknowledgment of such damage noted on the bill of lading and to present to the carrier its agent’s acknowledgment of such damaged material with formal claim covering said damage.
